Added a video to help explain the issue.
When you click on a document, it opens un a dialog with ability to update and delete. If you click on delete, another dialog opens up to confirm. The action flow upon confirming deletion is to delete the document and then navigate back to the initial page.
For some reason, the first document I delete works perfectly, my dialogs close and the list updates. The second (or subsequent ones) are getting deleted, but the dialogs dont close and the list isnt updated until I get back to the page.
