When I first signed up for fee everything seemed to work great. Then I wanted to take my app farther so I purchased an upgraded account. Immediately the agent started getting stuck. I would sign out, then sign back in, I would refresh. Then it would work for a bit. it would say it made a change but did not actually make the change. I went to bed with 63 credits used out of 100. It was stuck trying to make a change. I woke up to 0 credits and still stuck in the same spot. No change. I am extremely frustrated and feel like I was ripped off. There is no direct help option on the site which was a red flag. I really wanted to like DreamFlow and I did before I paid money. Now I am worried I will not get my money or credits back. I hope someone makes this right.
