Duplicate Backend Query Optimization

I have tried everything I can think of and can not get this optimization figured out. This issues is mostly in a part of the app where I have a conditional builder. In that conditional builder I have a list view that is different depending on the conditional builder criteria.

What have you tried so far?

I have tried finding where there is a duplicate backend query. I am only seeing one backend query on that certain page where the issue is.
