This old chestnut. I've looked through all other posts with no real other suggestions on what I've done wrong, I've check and re-checked text field names, gone over the steps in the tutorial. Any suggestions of help would be appreciated.

I've also downloaded the APK and installed it on an emulator in the hope of getting hopefully some futher help.
