Error: 'CarouselSliderController' Not Found Deployment Error

As of the October 22 update, my project is failing to deploy with the following error.

According to the recent update migration guide this is a breaking change: "CarouselController is renamed to CarouselSliderController to avoid naming conflict with the Material library."

What have you tried so far?

I've tried redeploying like 30 times. I've tried deploying with various versions of carousel_slider. I've tried deploying from web and the desktop app. I've tried deploying with manually entering the build number and not.
