Hi,
I’m really enjoying developing in FF but have one major annoyance…
I live in the UK, and as part of the App Store deployment process, for each new build I have to answer an ‘export compliance’ question. Which stops the process, forcing me to go to the developer portal after the build completes but before I can download the updated build from TestFlight.
I’d love to be able to automate this process fully (the process currently stops at this point until I manually intervene). The App Store suggests the following:
“To bypass setting up export compliance in App Store Connect, you can specify your use of encryption directly in the information property list (Info.plist) in your Xcode project. If you need to provide documentation, Apple will provide you with a key value to add to the Info.plist”. Learn More
Question: does FF have any way of saving the above mentioned key into the info.plist file or could this be added for developers outside the USA? (I’m assuming this is a non-USA issue).
Thanks in advance for any help there may be out there in the community or internally with FF developers.
John
