Failure: Build with an exception. error: invalid source release:17

Project Settings

I increase my Kotlin version to 1.9.23. After which when i tried to build the AAB during mobile deployment I got this error:

Would anyone know what to do?

What have you tried so far?

I have tried Kotlin versions 1.8.0 and 1.9.10, bot gave me the same error message.
