firebase cannot create collection 'users' name already in use

Help

I delete my user database, since i wanted to split and rename it.

Now i have deleted in my firebase firestore collection all 'users' collection.

in my flutterflow it also doesn't show users collection.

When i try to create in flutterflow it say it has already there with this name.

I try many things like reload config and so on.

Please help.
