flutterflow backend query

am creating a chat app that requires multiple backend queries for different widgets but it is giving me an error that says there are numerous duplicate backend queries and it causes performance issues and shrink wrap issues with widgets

What have you tried so far?

I have tried soo many things but the problem isn't solved please help me with these problems
