Flutterflow commits to Github failing

My commits to Github have just started failing the last hours, having worked for several months. . I have been doing a lot of commits today, around 100, is there some sort of daily rate limit or is Flutterflow having problems on their server end or is this an account level issue for just me?

What have you tried so far?

I have checked everything on the Github end, app is installed, re-associated FlutterFlow with Github etc. Flutterflow says it successfully pushes commits, but Github never receives them
