I asked the support team about a project-breaking issue a couple of days ago. The chat support sees my messages, but they don't respond, even when explicitly asking. Email support hasn't responded as well.

Anyone else has this terrible experience with them? Is there another way to contact them, or do I have to plan that I will get continuously ghosted?
