Troubleshooting

I should have known before I subscribe. I subscribed Pro for the sole purpose of Github that I will be able to push directly from FF but I have an error that says I have to email support. After waiting for someone to reply to my email, one of their Engineer replied saying that its a bug in their system. After couple of email exchanges, he suddenly disappeared and leave me hanging. I cannot use the the service which is the ONLY reason I paid.

I don't know what to do now since they don't offer refunds too.

What have you tried so far?

I followed everything based on their documentation.
