FlutterFlow Support Unresponsive After Purchasing Teams - How to Get Ahold of Them?

I just upgraded my plan to 2 team seats so I could add my developer and we could work on the app at the same time without getting blocked or kicked out. The issue is I can't add more team members on the team portal.

I submitted a ticket and no one responded. I emailed and no one responded. Is anyone out there? Can someone either help me or refund me?

What have you tried so far?

I paid and was charged for the subscription. I tried to add my team member and it didn't work (see above video). I submitted tickets and no one will respond.
