Flutterflow Web App Issue on iOS Web: Crash on Safari and Chrome

Integrations

Hi FlutterFlow Builders,

I’ve created an e-commerce web app that displays 15-20 images on the dashboard, with the images in the WebP format. The web app works fine on all platforms (Android Web, Windows Web, macOS Web), but I’m encountering an issue on iOS web (both Safari and Chrome). When I try to open it on iOS web, the app crashes and shows the error: "Can't open this page." I’m using Supabase as the backend.

Solutions I’ve tried so far:

  • Added pagination

  • Enabled public access for images

  • Converted WebP images to JPEG/PNG

  • Reduced image count

  • Enabled/Disabled Canva Kit

  • Reduced image quality

  • Enabled/Disabled image cache

Has anyone faced a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
