Getting error installing the local run FF on Windows

Troubleshooting

Im trying to use the local run for windows and shows the following error

What have you tried so far?

I've tried to delete the flutterflow folders in the appdata and program files, also uninstall the FF desktop App and continue showing the error.

Also tried to download android studio and flutter separately and shows : Shell Exception( doctor -v, exitCode 1, workingDirectory: )
