Github Issue Tracker has a scam spammer problem

The issue is as described in the title.

The Github Issue tracker has been spammed with scams as shown in the screenshot below.

I didn't find a way to report this issue on Github, and there are not enough hours in a day for me to report them all myself.

I'm making a post to hopefully bring some attention to the issue, and enquire if there is indeed an official method of reporting this issue.
