GridView Capabilities

I'm new in Flutterflow, therefore there are a lot of things that I need to catch up while developing the mobile application. My question is, I wonder if GridView can be use in order to achieve the exact UI based on the screenshot here:

This is what I'm currently doing:

I wonder if I can group it by date, just like the first image

What have you tried so far?

I have inserted a text that was based on the date, that I fetched from the API Call. But, doing that makes every container has a date on top of it.
