Guidance on how to create an offline Learning Management System with 200GB of content

I want to create an offline Learning Management System for a tablet device, containing approximately 400GB of content, including videos and PDFs.

I plan to use FlutterFlow for development, and SQLite for database

so I need guidance and help and add-ups.
