How do I get today's date?

There is usually to a way to get today's date from the device running the app. It's kind of a fundamental feature that is used in so many cases. But I can't find if and how to get any format of the current date in FF.

What have you tried so far?

Searched docs and forums. Looked everywhere in the builder.
