How does the MCP limit works ? "Plan limit exceeded"

I’m hitting Plan limit exceeded: Development Environments when pushing a FlutterFlow AI project.

Is this limit tied to the account plan or to the number of projects/workspaces on the same account?

If anyone has worked around this cleanly, I’d appreciate the exact fix.
