How How to manually trigger the Push Notification Request popup instead of it appearing automatically after login

I prefer to manually initiate the Push Notification request popup instead of it appearing automatically after a successful login. I'd like to have the option to trigger it from the settings page rather than it popping up automatically upon logging in. I have a setting page which uses flutter flow to initiate the notification request
