How I can delay page load after login and run animation at the time of delay ?

I want 10 seconds delay in loading the Dashboard after login in the meanwhile I want to run animation, just like Splash screen.

In brief, I want splash screen before Dashboard loads after login.

Please do suggest how can I do it.

If suggesting 'Backend Query' - I have tried but could not find how I should increase the loading time.

What have you tried so far?

Backend Query but failed as couldn't find how to set 10 sec timer in that.
