How to bind a Switch button to dynamically generated children switch button.

I have created a page where there is one selectALL toggle switch button. And below that there are dynamically created children toggle switch is there and these switch is present in the custom component and i am imported that custom component into the parent page. The usecase is when selectAll toggle to true then all the children the switch should toggle to true. But in the Test run it is not working as expected.
