How to change specific value of a specific user?

I need to create an action, where first user can add balance to another user by clicking on a button

Is it possible to create such action without custom functions/actions?

What have you tried so far?

I've tried to set the second user, called "previous owner" with Simple Search in Firestore, but it doesn't work
