How to dismiss a modal with a swipe?

I managed to dismiss it by clicking on the gray/darker area (i.e. outside the model) but I would also like to dismiss it by dragging it down. How can I do so?

What have you tried so far?

I tried checking for an action for the top container (which is seen in the image as the narrow gray area above the title) but it only gives me an option to dismiss on tap or long press.
