How to downgrade constraints to avoid Local Run error?

Is there any tutorial to make this "recommended" solution?

"Consider downgrading your constraint on url_launcher: flutter pub add url_launcher:^6.2.5"

When I run that command in VSC it says that is the current version for the project.

What have you tried so far?

Run the recommended command on VSC and it didn't work
