How to give role based access i have a JSON format

I have this json structure in which there is field Roles which i have given id 1,2,3 and according to that ids i need to give role base access to my CustomNavbar and to hide some widgets as well is there any solution in how we can do this???? and according to salesperson name the roles should be assign is there any method in which i can do this pls let me know
