how to make lottie animation when loading PWA?

My app takes too long to load in the PWA version.

To improve the user experience, I want to add an animation when the Lottie app loads.

But I don't understand how to do it how it can be done...

What have you tried so far?

I was told that this can be done in Custome Headers. But I don't know how and in what format it should be done...
