How to make TabBar headers sticky

I have a scrollable column

a carousel inside the column.

then a tab bar inside a container inside the scrollable column. and when I'm scrolling down the screen i want the tab bar headers to stick to top and not disappear as the screen keeps on swiping, if you understand please reach out. Thanks

What have you tried so far?

tab bar headers stick when its only a tab bar on the page and nothing else
