Hello, trying to make a basic chatting feature where we can see infos of a message like when sent, delivered, read like in the photo below.

I suppose I need to use this item to see internet connection is up but don't know if this item gives info about the user's internet connection that we are chatting to.
Even if it gives that info, can someone point me the direction to logic or condition behind this?
