how to set initial value of datetime type

I have set it up so that clicking the “07:00 AM” text triggers the datetime picker. Additionally, when clicking the green button below, the selected time is saved in the wakeTime field.

However, I would like to know how to set a default value of 7:00 AM in the wakeTime field when the green button is clicked without selecting a time first.

Does anyone know how to achieve this?

What have you tried so far?

I asked chatGPT for this, but it didn't helpful. I think some custom function or something is needed but I don't know about coding at all..
