How to submit login form on 'Enter'/'Return', on Web?

Setting the Submit Type on the password field to 'Go' doesn't submit the form upon pressing 'Enter'. I have to click on my submit button.

What have you tried so far?

Tried all submit types, none of them achieves submitting on Enter on web.
