I am new to programming and Apps, so bear with me on the lingo. I have started making an app for an industry that will allow a sales rep to do site assessments and then enter in data to generate a proposal tool. I'm not after the how to do that, and I think I already have the toughest parts figured out.
I do plan to offer the product in app form and web form, hopefully from the same development project using screen size tools for rendering and such.
My question is and I will phrase it with what I was planning on doing first- I planned on letting the database generate key data and fit it into HTML that would display within the app for the ability to present and have an interactive experience on some of the aspects of the proposal. The proposal needs to look nice while having interactive functionality with graphs, additional info, and such.
My thought was if this needed to be printed I would use a HTML to pdf tool.
So, with that, am I thinking correctly about the method, or do some of you recommend a different path? I'm not afraid to hire if it's difficult for my novice abilities, do you recommend any tools to get this job done or started? I liked the idea of PDFMonkey but not sure it works in this situation.
