HTML View widget not displaying image tags with inline style, specifically sizing

HTML View widget not displaying image tags with inline style, specifically sizing. For example an image tag with <img src="https://someimage.png" style="height:90%; width:90%" /> will display nothing in the HTML View widget but <img src="https://someimage.png" /> will display the image. This worked until recently.

What have you tried so far?

Several different iterations of an image tag with and without style, and sizing. With the style, nothing displays without the style the image will display.

Two images included one with no sizing/style and one with.
