I am unable to use my PRO features or team plan on FlutterFlow despite my active subscription, causing significant delays in my project.

On June 13, 2024, I renewed my FlutterFlow subscription. On June 18, 2024, I checked the annual plan, and FlutterFlow unexpectedly canceled my monthly subscription and attempted to charge me for the annual subscription, even though I never intended to switch to the annual plan. It decided to migrate the plan on its own. Luckily, the purchase was declined. I tried to remove it, but even after canceling this annual plan, FlutterFlow continues to state that the charge was unsuccessful.

The biggest issue is that even though my Pro Monthly subscription should continue until July 13, 2024, it no longer works, and FlutterFlow keeps trying to charge me for the annual plan. I hired a team to contribute to my project and tried to switch to the team plan, but FlutterFlow doesn't load the information for this plan. Now my team and project are on hold, and I'm losing a lot of money. I can't proceed with the project because FlutterFlow doesn't allow the team to work together on my current plan.

Additionally, it shows that I am a PRO user but doesn't let me use PRO features. This is a significant loss for me. I have a tight deadline to deliver the project, but I can't due to this issue. I am very dissatisfied with this; it is disappointing.
