I can't edit the entire system design

Hello everyone,

I created a new branch on my project, and the entire design system section is locked. When I hover over the typography or elements page, I see a prohibited icon, as if editing is blocked. How can I fix this?

What have you tried so far?

I added some elements to some layouts that use widget themes. I had made additional customizations to each element. I tried removing them, but nothing happened.
