I'm trying to get local run to work but I keep getting OUTDATED VERSION RUNNING

I'm trying things out on my M3 MacBook Pro with Sonoma 14.1.1 and have the issue both in the simulator and when trying on my connected iPhone with developer mode set to ON with iOS 17.4. The logs are empty in both cases. The wheel keeps spinning forever. It works fine in Chrome. Any suggestion as to where to look into? Tx.
