I need help building a radar chart

I see in the marketplace there is a free radar chart component. However, it seems it doesn't work.

I need to create a radar chart with 5 points that can populate these 5 points from my document, and the labels need to be static.

I really need help if someone can recommend a tutorial I can follow, it would be great.

What have you tried so far?

I have gone thrug the community and the marketplace items but I cannot find a solution that it fits with me.
