Image doesn't appear in page but in Firebase the data is stored

Hello everyone,

I'm currently trying to make the image and the name of the person in a page but for some reason it is not shown in the page but the data appears in the Firestore database. Also, for some reason the personProfilePic appears twice, one is empty but the other has the correct data. Can you help me debug this problem please?

I annexed 4 images so you can have a better idea of the problem I have.

What have you tried so far?

I tried to handle some of the data in the Firestore configurations and still got nothing, I also set up Storage without any kind of success.
