Images don't upload in some devices

Troubleshooting

I have tested the app with numerous people and I got several comments that the images don't load in the app. However when testing with my phone, they worked perfectly. Can you help me find the issue please?

What have you tried so far?

I tried editing the firestorm rules but that didn't work. Neither it worked changing the actions related to the images. I don't why the images take so long to load. Is there a way to make them load faster?
