In test & run mode horizontal scrolling in a row does not work

When I launch the app in test mode, the horizontal scrolling of a row with it enabled doesn’t work. The curious thing about the problem is that it only happens when working on a Linux OS. It works fine on Windows. The thing is, there are times when I have to work on Linux because it’s the computer I have at the moment, but of course, I run into this inconvenient error. Do you have any idea what it could be?

What have you tried so far?

I've tested it on different operating systems, and it works correctly on Windows 11, but it doesn't work on Linux. I also tried wrapping the row in a container widget, but the horizontal scroll still doesn't work on Linux.
