Inability to accept firebase TOS

I want to build my firebase database, am presented with this error to accept it's T's and Cs without an option to accept or receive an error message. Has anyone had this issue, if so, how did you resolve it?

What have you tried so far?

I have tried opening it in a different web browser (safari vs. chrome).

I have tried selecting a project in the google tab above to no avail.
