invalid binary

Will say first time trying Flutterflow and about ready to give up and walk away. Honestly the most maddening thing I've experience before. I am unable to get anything to publish into the appstore. I can download and test the code in xcode on a device and it works, there is no visible errors on flutterflow, xcode, etc. When I publish it will briefly show a version then drop off, no errors or emails. I did finally get an "invalid binary" message using the App Store Connect app, but that's it.

From what others said it might be a permission error, but I have zero idea what permission it might be. Flutterflow's documentation says it will add the permissions as needed, but nothing shows at all in the permission page. The only features i'm using are API call to external REST (https) site, and a webview to a HTTPS restricted to a single domain on a different page.
