iOS 18.2 Broke Scrolling in my WebApp

Just a heads up for those running iOS 18.2 beta I have noticed on the web app I have that the scrolling is no longer working unless I use two fingers. This doesn't happen with any previous version of iOS and no changes have been made to the app.
