iOS SDK not updated to 18 yet?

I just tried doing a mobile deployment directly for my FlutterFlow dashboard from my application, and after going through the review process with Apple they replied the following:

"ITMS-90725: SDK version issue - This app was built with the iOS 17.4 SDK. All iOS and iPadOS apps must be built with the iOS 18 SDK or later, included in Xcode 16 or later, in order to be uploaded to App Store Connect or submitted for distribution."

What have you tried so far?

I have looked through all the related questions within the community and there is nothing within the past couple months that directly addresses this problem with iOS SDK 18.
