is it possible to download app bundle instead of APK with the standard plan?

I've started paying for standard plan solely because it will help me publish my app to the google play by downloading the APK. But I've just come to know the google play has disabled APK based releases and requires App Bundle / aab instead.

Is this still possible with Standard Plan?

I only see the APK download option - screenshot attached.
