Is it possible to have a custom nav bar at the bottom staying the same (not refreshing) when I navigate to different pages?

Hello,

I have a custom nav bar because I needed to show a different page using a conditional builder and the ff nav bar would not disappear.

Is it possible to have my nav bar staying fixed at the bottom of the page and not refreshing when I navigate to other pages?

I want that for visual / aesthetic reasons
