Is there a way to add data to App Constant in bulk?

For example, I would like to enter data in a batch when I want to enter about 100 names of regions, etc. Is this possible?

Or should I enter the data manually, one by one?

What have you tried so far?

I tried typing in the first textfield with the data separated by commas or tab, but it didn't work as well as I would have liked.
