Is there anyway to get the distance scrolled by a user. For example if the scroll 100px.

I've attempted to create a function which retrieves the scrolled distance. But no luck.

The end goal is to create an Apple style sliver app bar.

If there is no solution to this could anyone think of a way to only display the smaller heading when the larger heading has scrolled behind it?
