I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to report an issue I am currently experiencing with network connectivity on the platform. Whenever I attempt to work on my project, I receive a notification stating that I am not connected to the network, preventing me from saving my work. This has become a significant hindrance for me, and I would like to request your assistance in resolving this matter. I always ensure that I have a stable internet connection, but despite this, the problem persists. Could you please provide guidance on the steps I can take to resolve this issue or offer any necessary assistance so that I can continue working on my projects without interruption?
